Graphic designer for the print system survey and rebranding of the development entities of this historic San Juan Island village which includes a housing, marina, hotel, resort faciltities, and historic and eco-tourism sightseeing.

Innovations/Taiyo Vostok Company Identity & Brochure

Moscow, RU, 2004

Graphic designer for a company identity and first marketing brochure for a new condominium and office interiors renovation company based in Moscow's central business district. Logo design was inspired by early Leonardo da Vinci invention drawings and the brochure makes use of other da Vinci sketches as inspirational images.

 

Hood Canal Coalition Logo

Port Ludlow, Washington, 2002

Designer of political action organization identity to represent 2000 member environmental action group dedicated to protection of Hood Canal and responsible development of the Olympic Peninsula.

 

Taiyo Development Corporation Brochure System

Issaquah, Washington, 2002

Designer for limited edition capabilities brochure system for a local residential/commercial developer. Program features recycled paper and clean, simple layout to demonstrate the firm's approach to projects.

 

Pier 70 Logo

Seattle, Washington, 2000

Graphic designer for the design of a new identity for an historic pier on the Seattle waterfront. Working with Triad Development, KBD developed a new mark which represents the fresh, new adaption of the pier to office and commercial use, while maintaining the original historic typeface for signage on the water-side of the pier.

 

Plateau Golf & Country Club Logo

Issaquah, Washington 1994-96

Designer for complete identity program for a new golf course on the Sammamish plateau; logo features a rhododendron blossom with elegant script typeface.

 

Retail Shopping Area Signage Concepts

Barcelona, Spain, 1994-96

Senior member of the Thesix Design Team headed by Maestri, Inc. of Seattle, to develop identity concepts for one million square feet of retail and a 5000-car underground parking garage. Project involved development of final designs for all logo materials, signage, color & materials palette, and retail concept integration; the project was ultimately sold before final implementation.
